This Achievement Hunter segment showcases three different achievements that you can unlock in the Xbox 360 version of the zombie survival game, Dead Island. Specifically, they help you learn how to unlock the 'Everbody Lies', 'Ah! Spoiled Meat!', and 'One Is All I Need' achievements. You'll need a large medkit so that you can heal your injuries for the 'Everybody Lies' achievement.
