I'm about three years late to the party on this one, but Turkish-born, British based fashion designer Hussein Chalayan's 2007 collection is just too amazing to pass up. Incredible designs + high tech computer gadgetry, resulting in model nudity... this is a definite head turner (and quite possibly NSFW).
Yes, Chalayan has definitely made a splash in the fashion world; so much that even Lady Gaga has paid some homage (re: knock off, look to the right or read more).
Daily Mail reports on Chalayan's 2007 collection,
"The centrepieces of the acclaimed designer's collection were five mechanical dresses, constructed by hand, but which transformed their appearance automatically thanks to circuitry embedded in the bodices or skirts.
