Video creator GreenWave, an industrious magician from Canada, gives a thorough explanation of the amazing powers in a Red Bull can.

Twisting the can top over the open spout creates enough surface tension to suspend the liquid.

The pencil poke and pour at the end are important to this trick's presentation. Cynics who assume you are using a prop will be wowed by the illustration.

its because of gravitational pull, like how u can swing a bucket of water inside around with a string and it stays in...
its the same principle but pressure is used differently as he shows fingers instead of the swing :)
