Make a steam candle

Have you ever seen a steam candle? It's essentially a simple-as-pie steam engine that revolves on top of a water surface. They are relatively easy to make if you know how to do it. Take a look at this instructional video and learn how to "hack" together your own steam candle.

Eight or more bouncing around in a large fish tank would be glorious fun.

I tried it with the metal ink cartridge from a retractable pen. It flopped over and sank. I was bummed. Have to go to the hardware store for thin copper.

Got it to operate perfectly with aluminum tubing. However, it does not run for "hours". It runs for about 5 minutes until it runs out of water to turn into steam. Still marginally cool.
