Boy, is this guy bad at it. I guess those that can't do, teach? He's certainly not doing anything to improve the reputation of cooking in the UK. :)

Also, he refers to this as "boning." This is not boning, this is jointing, as the video title says. At least he didn't say "deboning," which is a common but incorrect term, and nonetheless crept into the text describing the video.
