Field strip and reassemble the Ruger Mark III pistol

Field strip and reassemble the Ruger Mark III pistol

Check out this weapon video on how to field strip and reassemble the Ruger Mark III pistol. The Ruger Mark 3 handgun is a .22 caliber, long rifle, semi-automatic pistol, also called the Ruger MK III.

The bolt in the Ruger Mark III pistol travels entirely within a steel receiver on which the sights are rigidly mounted for consistent accuracy. Ruger Mark III pistols are the perfect combo of proven design and reliability, with features demanded by pistol shooters.

Disassembling the Ruger MK III firearm is as easy as any other gun, starting with clearing the weapon. Keep the magazine in, but check the barrel for ammunition. Next, take out the vertical locking pin, bolt carrier group, the magazine, the barrel and buffer spring to complete the field strip. Now, put it back together.
