Excerpt from the 'Readme_Zlib1' file -

"Usage notes:
============
If ePSXe asks for the file 'zlib1.dll' , just extract 'zlib1.dll' into the same folder as 'epsxe.exe'
(or copy ZLIB1.DLL to the SYSTEM or the SYSTEM32 directory, should work the same)

What's here

Latest official ZLIB1.DLL build (version 1.2.3), from zlib.net"
