The King is Back! More From the Anal-Retentive Pencil Tip Sculptor

Yes, that's Elvis Presley. Yes, that's a pencil tip. Yes, that's simply...insane.

The Telegraph shares more work from the incredible Dalton Ghetti. Miss the last post? Check it out.

The King is Back! More From the Anal-Retentive Pencil Tip Sculptor

"Dalton uses three basic tools to make his incredible creations - a razor blade, sewing needle and sculpting knife. He even refuses to use a magnifying glass and has never sold any of his work, only given it away to friends. He said: 'I use the sewing needle to make holes or dig into the graphite. I scratch and create lines and turn the graphite around slowly in my hand.'"

So Dalton's a purist. Too bad, I'd buy the screw (scroll all the way down, last image). True artist, extreme hobbyist, master of craft... however you want to label him, Dalton doesn't let commerce interfere with his passion. Plus, he has extremely good eyesight.

Prepare to have your mind boggled:

This guy has the patience of a saint.

i love the screw. it's more accurately to scale than the other pencil tips, which look more like "charms" or something. it creates an entirely different effect.
