Would You Climb the Empire State Building for a Paycheck?

Back in 2000, photographer Vincent Laforet scaled the Empire State building, a 1250 foot journey that would make me wet my pants.

Would You Climb the Empire State Building for a Paycheck?

As Laforet describes his one time incredible experience, he points out that some people do this for a living...every day.

Watch below for a fascinating account of the day in the life of the fearless people who work on transmission lines and antennas on some of the worlds scariest skyscrapers.

(By the way, IF for some reason you're inspired to pursue this line of work, the creators of the video below offer tutorials on their website.)

Get the eff outta here....thats nuts, you gotta be born for that #$%@!!!

Whoa, I think I just had a heart attack, just by watching this video. I went to a camp, where we had to climb sixty feet up a tree, then we had to walk along a log. (It was REEAALLY hard) Thank God we had belayers (if you ever rockclimbed before, then you should know what "belay" means.) I was so scared that my knee's were shaking when I got up to log, and had to cross it. Now, THAT was sixty feet... I CAN'T DO 17,000!!!!!!!! That's insane!!!
