We're guessing Heath's legendary psychopath is a shoe-in for top Halloween costume this year. Sorry presidential candidates. Terrorists win.

Make your Joker the best on the block with this completely professional tutorial from our good friends at MonkeySee. You can get a fairly accurate Joker face using some basic makeup tricks like spirit gum for the facial scarring.

By the by, if you're a truly compulsive fanboy, you'll have to dip your face in a vat of silicone like Heath. Dark Knight makeup artists used prosthetics to fit the Joker's scars to Heath Ledger's face. Composed of three pieces of stamped silicone, Heath said it was like not wearing any make-up at all.

The guy uses molding wax and spirit gum, which will last about 15 minutes.. not really the way to go.
There are prosthetics out now and real makeup kits with adhesives that will actually hold the pieces.. at www.fxwarehouse.net or scifimakeup.com

This guy calls himself a professional and he is utterly terrible. I went out as the Joker and had kids hiding behind parents. Here is what you need:

1. Rigid Collodium.
2. Fake Skin
3. Somewhat good make up.

Apply the Collodium to make the appearence of scars. It will contract the skin and make it look realistic. Do at least 10 applications. It will take you off guard because it looks very real. Then apply some fake skin around the scars. You have to wait for the collodium to dry after each application or it will mess up. Move your mouth a bit while applying or else opening your mouth could screw it up. Then apply the make up.

No I don't have a video, but you can find a bunch on you tube. You don't need the fake skin if you do the collodium well enough.
