For those of you who don't live in the Southwestern region, In-N-Out is the western states' beloved fast food restaurant chain. Delicious, cheap, and known for their simple menu (4 items only), In-N-Out insiders are also privy to the "Secret Menu". (Check it out, you want to be prepared if you're lucky enough to sample California's favorite burger joint).

Master Cake Decorator (and Food Network Challenge contestant), Amber McKenney, created this obsessively perfect In-N-Out cheeseburger cake platter. Every last detail is captured, down to the salt on the fries. Check out Amber's Flickr sets for more incredible sculpted cakes.
