Surfing is an amazing sport. Zen like. I have been surfing for more than 10 years.
For some reason, though, mastering the duck dive has been difficult. This short video, actually has vastly improved my technique. It is the difference between seeing it above water, and seeing it (on this tutorial) BELOW the water...that radically improved my understanding.
