Boy oh boy. This tutorial is actually thoughtful. Most impressive is that it has that rare thing: common sense.

The only part of the video that makes me uncomfortable is the stat at the end that explains that 'women who wear lipstick are more likely to get a raise than those who don't.' I know. It is a fact. But a sexist fact.

And now that I am on my soap box, I would deeply question the reliability of that fact. The context. The applicability of that fact to a broad blanket statement. I have spent a LOT of time with research.

Ladies, this Howcast video is sound. Just, don't believe as gospel, that lipstick factoid.
