Actually that is very illegal, a gang leader, in Los Angeles, got arrested for pretty much the same thing like a month ago for recording himself and few others doing the trick where you say they forgot food that they ordered. He put it up on YouTube and got himself arrested for just that. Minor stuff, but it's still stealing, and if you've ever worked in fast food, every little money lost to a manager really makes them mad.

My wife used to work drivethru at McDonalds A few tryed that and got aressted.
