Workout your lower body with lateral push offs

Take a look at this instructional video and learn how to workout your lower body with the lateral push off exercise. To perform this, simply stand alongside a curb or step with the side of your foot touching the curb. Then, step with the closest foot onto curb and lunge sideways with your other foot stepping away from the curb of at least 18 inches or so. Place a marker at this point to keep yourself honest. Now begin this activity by pushing off with your foot by the cone, bringing your that knee up to your opposite elbow as you bring your body to upright position, supporting all your weight on the leg on the step. Step out to marker (should require a good reach and low lunge) and push off repeatedly at a high tempo. Do as many as you can for 60 seconds, rest and do the other leg.
