The way the swing demonstrated here is more of a slow lift, notice how she drags the kettlebell upward with her arms instead of using hip power. Kettlebell swings done correctly are involve rapid acceleration, rapid deceleration and explosive hip drive. The arms should merely act as ropes on the way up.
