Workout the lower body with 10-1 squats to squat jump

Take a look at this instructional video and learn how to work out your lower body with 10-1 squats to a squat jump. To do this, perform ten squats at a high tempo and intensity. On the last one, do a squat jump high into the air landing in a low squat. Hold that low squat for 10 seconds. Repeat this pattern, doing one fewer squat each time, always performing a squat jump on the last one and holding the low squat for 10 seconds between each round.
