Workout the full body with a transport obstacle course

Take a look at this instructional video and learn how to do a full body workout by donig the transport obstacle course. To perform this particular exercise, carry a weight (medicine ball, sandbag, kettlebell, or dumbbell) through the following course. First run in a large slalom fashion around four obstacles (trees, benches, trashcans, or markers), then squat jump with the weight over an obstacle (a rock, log, bag, rolled up mat, or low dividing wall), then sprint with the weight another ten to fifteen yards to the end line. Return to the start by doing side squats with circles. With feet shoulder width apart and knees bent, lower into a squat and swoop the weight to the ground as you shuffle jump to the side. Bring the weight overhead with each shuffle.
