Workout the entire body with leaning crescent lunges

Take a look at this instructional video and learn how to do a full body workout with leaning crescent lunges. To perform this exercise, sand with your feet in a normal stance while holding a dumbbell in each hand down at your sides. Then take a diagonal step with one leg and lean forward before shooting your arms overhead. At this point there should be a straight line from the dumbbells down to your back foot. Pull the dumbbells back to the hips and then down to your side while stepping the foot back to the starting position. Stand tall for one count, then repeat on opposite side. This gets tiring really fast so choose your dumbbell weight wisely.
