Workout the abs and core with butt cheek holds

Take a look at this instructional video and learn how to workout your abs and core with butt cheek holds. To perform this exercise, lie on the left side and prop yourself up on left elbow while keeping it directly beneath the shoulder. Place your right hand behind the head and bend your knees, bringing your feet off the floor before rolling back onto left butt cheek. Contract the right side of the torso and straighten your legs while extending both arms out parallel to the ground toward your legs. Balance on that left butt cheek and hold for thirty seconds or your max time. Then switch sides for another thirty seconds. If you need to tone it down a bit, keep your elbow on the ground.
