To perform these exercises, hold one dumbbell or kettlebell in two hands or a dumbbell or kettlebell in each hand. Squat down holding the weights between your legs, almost to the floor. Rise explosively, fully straightening the legs while swinging weighs up to forehead level with straight arms. Return to starting position while keeping the arms straight.
