Work out abs and core with med ball seated bicycles

Take a look at this instructional video and learn how to workout your abs and core with medicine ball seated bicycles. To perform this exercise, sit on the ground with your legs bent and feet on the ground while holding the medicine ball at your chest with both hands. Straighten your right leg while keeping it off the ground and twist your torso to the left, bringing your right elbow to your left knee. In a controlled manner, reverse the move by drawing your right leg in while straightening your left and twisting to the right. Repeat this motion. Count every touch of an elbow to the opposite knee as one repetition.
