Work on  your abs and core with seated crunchy frogs

Take a look at this instructional video and learn how to workout your abs and core with seated crunchy frogs. To perform this exercise, sit on the ground with your knees bent and feet on the ground. Your hands should be extended out to the sides and parallel to the ground. Raise your feet off the ground and bring your knees toward your chest. At the same time, wrap your arms around your knees, but don't touch the knees. Then extend legs out straight and parallel to the ground and extend arms out to the sides.
