Work on upper and lower body with flamenco curls

Take a look at this instructional video and learn how to work on the upper and lower body with flamenco curls. To perform this exercise, stand with feet parallel and a dumbbell in each hand. Then squat low with thighs parallel to ground and curl the dumbbells to your chest. As you rise from the squat, lift the dumbbell in your right hand to the sky while stepping your right foot back behind your left foot as you bring the left dumbbell back toward your left butt cheek. Return your feet to the parallel position and go down into next squat curl. On the rise, lift the dumbbell in the left hand to the sky while stepping back and behind with the left leg as you draw the dumbbell in the right hand toward the right butt cheek and.
