Take a look at this instructional video and learn how to work on the upper body with squatted dumbbell rows. To perform this exercise, take hold of a dumbbell in each hand, or hold one dumbbell vertically with two hands, stacked with their ends touching. Squat down and row once on the right side of your body like you are rowing a canoe. Then rise up, drawing dumb bells level to your shoulders. Switch the one that is on top, squat, and row on the left side.
