Take a look at this instructional video and learn how to work on your abs and core with wide leg situps. To perform this exercise, lie flat on your back with your legs wide apart. Place one hand behind your head and place the other one on your belly. Bring your torso up to do a standard sit-up. Reach the hand that is behind your head out to touch the opposite foot. Then lower yourself to the ground. Switch your arms on each repetition. Can't keep those feet down? Put something weighted on to anchor them.
