Work on abs and core with beach pose side crunches

Take a look at this instructional video and learn how to work out your abs and core with beach pose side crunches. To perform this exercise, sit down on the ground and extend your legs, crossing one ankle over the other. Now lean back onto your elbows and roll to your hip so that you are now leaning on your elbow, forearm, and hip. Your ankles should still be crossed with the one on top crossed over the bottom ankle. Next, fold your upper arm across your chest, engage your abs, and fold your lower arm across your chest. Lower your torso toward the ground, tapping your shoulder to the ground, then raise it back up.
