excellent idea ! I like your thinking and commend you on coming up with a workable hypothesis/solution. I would like to suggest another alternative to incorporate with your plan. During days when there is no sun you can still gen the HHO using a diesel engine running on vegetable oil and use it to fuel a natural gas(butane/propane/methane) electric generator that will drive any electric needs. Also, there are discussions on the Web about people in the northern states of U.S. that are converting their coal/oil heating systems to use a combination of solar and HHO, and they convert the HHO to electricity and store it in a basement area that is converting to battery storage and just charge up a series of batteries until the electricity is needed.
