Secretary of the State, Susan Bysiewicz explains how to use Connecticut's new voting system for the late 2007 elections. This video tutorial will guide you step-by-step of the voting process in your next election using the paper ballot. Then, you just insert the ballot into the electronic voting machine and cast your vote! There is a paper trail here, so don't worry about rigged elections, not that that ever stopped anybody. So, get to the polls and VOTE!

As a video producer this was poor visual quality. It would have been better if there was close ups of the circles a person must fill in and closer shots of the machines.
