Use Verizon Caller ID on your home phone

Caller ID lets you see who's calling before answering the phone, giving you the freedom to choose whether or not to take the call. In this tutorial video, learn how to use Verizon Caller ID to screen calls before you pick up the phone.

Caller ID on your home phone displays the names and numbers of your callers. You can keep track of who called, because typical Caller ID display units store the names, numbers, dates, and times of calls -- even callers who hang up and don't leave a message.
