Use the Submission Master grappling dummy

Use the Submission Master grappling dummy

The Submission Master grappling dummy allows you to train in all positions, 24/7, without having a martial arts partner. You can get 1000's of reps on passing the guard, triangles, arm bars, leg lock, chokes... nearly all tactics.

These videos will show you how to use the Submission Master grappling dummy in full.

Submission Master keeps his legs up at a 90-degree angle so you can train passing the guard and leg lock from inside his guard. He keeps his arms up so you can train arm bar and other arm attacks all day long. He will posture up inside your guard so you can train triangles, arm bars, kimuras, omo platas and most other guard tactics. Submission Master will even posture in turtle and "start" (on the knees) positions.
