How to use the Items Tracking starter kit for Visual C#

The Items Tracking Application is a basic Starter Kit template for a windows application that keeps track of things --- pictures, coins, stamps, addresses, anything you want. It has a simple user interface for presenting the items, adding new items, and deleting existing items. This is the C# version.
