In this how to video we demonstrate some techniques to help with leg cramps. These are similar to some of the techniques that we have used already for massage, some of them are and some are not. One basic rule of thumb with leg cramps is sometimes just resting is sufficient. Leg cramps are painful involuntary contractions of the muscles in the leg.
