Use band swimmers for a full body workout

Take a look at this instructional video and learn how to do a full body workout with band swimmers. To perform this exercise, stand facing the anchor while holding one end of the band in each hand with arms extended forward at shoulder level. Then squat, and with straight arms, bring your hands down toward the ground and behind you. As you rise, return your arms to the start position.
