With CS4, Adobe changed the name of the Flash Video Encoder to Adobe Media Encoder because it is capable of encoding a lot of different types of files. In this CS4 tutorial, Tom Green goes through the steps of encoding a Flash video using the new encoder, reviewing the options and showing how to cut and size a video clip into an image.
