I need help i tried downloading itunes (2.2) software and it restored it and i tried to restore it back and it says it has an error #13

My ipod syncs with my computer, but it will not download any music to the ipod. I you know why please help

i have the same problem as cobycody has. I tried to restore it and it says it has an error #14. This has been a pain in the neck for me a while because it seem like can't i can't restore the ipod to it original. Please help me on this.
