The first video is good however the second one is complete rubbish.
First, you never throw a serated knife. Also do not buy ones with rubber or any other kind of handle that is attached seperatly.
Second, you DO NOT bend your elbow when throwing knives. Keep your arm straight for a mutch more acurate throw.

i threw a knife and hit my kitty cat :[.not really but there are many different ways to THROW the knife,not just the one mentioned.
