Style your hair into a simple braid

Style your hair into a simple braid

Simple braids are easy and very chic. In this tutorial, join Host Lisa Bleyaert and her friend Julie as they show you how to master a simple braid. All you need is a brush, a hair band and a ribbon to braid your hair. First, brush out shoulder length hair, making sure all the tangles are out. Then, gather hair at the base of the neck, and divide into 3 separate, even sections. To begin braiding, hold the left and middle sections in your left hand, and the right section in your right hand. Cross the right section over the middle and pull the middle tight. This will now become your right section. Take your left section, and cross over the middle, and pull that old middle tight. That will become your left section. Repeat this process again on the right. Continue braiding until you reach the end of the hair. Take a hair band and secure the end. Tie a ribbon around your hair band and make a bow. Watch this how to video and you will be able to create a beautiful braid by yourself.
