Stretch the inner forearm

In this lesson you will learn how to stretch the inner forearm.
Use this stretch to warm up for handstands or handsprings or
between sets when you train your forearms. # This is how to stretch the left forearm. To stretch the right forearm,
just do the whole thing the other way around.
# Extend your left arm in front of you so that the elbow points down and
the palm points forward.
# Grab your left palm with your right hand and pull your fingers back
towards your left elbow.
