Stop a punch to the face with Aikido defense moves

Stop a punch to the face with Aikido defense moves

Want to learn how to defend yourself with Aikido? This video tutorial will show you how to stop a punch to the face with Aikido defense moves. Sensei Robert Lara and Sensei Derek Neal teach you how.

Please note that this in not a full speed video, what they are doing is with control and care. Please do the same in any martial arts you do.

This covers how to get off line with a strike and control the situation with a blend into a strike back. To "control the first move" is called "sodo o seisu" and "dochu-no-sei" means "calmness in action," which are common terms you will hear.
