Stay hydrated when running

Watch this instructional fitness video to learn how to stay hydrated when running. Make sure you have been drinking water several days before you begin running. Jogging is a simple and efficient exercise, but you should make sure you are able to stay healthy and hydrated. It's important to bring water with you on a run or drop it off at resting points. Try electrolyte replacement drinks to make up for the loss of water.

Great video on how to stay hydrated while running. I would also recommend you check out a hydration system that has since become available and is, I believe, an improvement on all of these. Its a water bottle that straps to your bicep, so it keeps your hand free, and doesn't result in anything bouncing around on your waist or back. I designed, prototyped and am now spreading the word about it because I was frustrated with all the other products out there. Its called the Body Bottle and if you get a chance to check it out, I would love to hear your thoughts. The site for it is www.bodybottle.com
