Hi i'm having an awful time making roses i'v made about 30 some the middle sticks up to high, i did make some thick ones and they came out nice, i don't notice your pedals flopping once they are on, maybe i'm making them to thin, i'm using as little water as i can, i'm not sure if my base is to big i tried to watch and it seems to be an inch, and my bases end up falling or slipping down, Thanks for your help Diane

Thank you. I really enjoyed watching this video. Now I really understood how to soften the edges of the petals using the baller the way you did, they look more life like. Next time I will do the roses I will let you know how I went.

May I ask where did you purchase your flower cutters (not the one from Wiltons) that you show toward the end of the video? Do you start to color the flowers once they are completly dry? Also, where do you buy the non-toxic chalk, are the flowers edible? Thank you
