To replace and adjust the internal carburetor mixture control solenoid, first make sure the ignition switch is in the "off" position. Remove the carburetor from the engine, remove the air horn and remove filler block and metering rods. Count and record turns to bring lean stop all the way in; remove lean stop. Remove the solenoid and connector together. Compare the new and old parts. Position the new solenoid and connector in the carb. Reposition the lean stop to original position, reinstall the metering rods and springs and install plunger and adjust the lean stop. For the rest of the instructions... watch and learn.
