Continuous feed which has a wall switch and a batch type which turns on when the top in put on and off when the top is taken off. Garbage disposers have a price range from $60 to $200. The larger and more powerful disposers are quieter and usually have stainless steel grinders. Some even have an auto-reverse to help from jamming.
