Watch this video tutorial to learn how to remove Windows Antivirus Pro 2009. Windows Antivirus Pro 2009 is a horrible virus that will infiltrate your computer's information.
1. Shutdown your computer.
2. Keep pressing F8 before the boot screen.
3. Click "Safe Mode with Networking".
4. Ignore everything else.
5. Go to Firefox or Internet Explorer or whatever search engine you have.
6. Go to Google.
7. Search for Malwarebytes.
8. Click either the 2nd or 3rd link, whichever works.
9. Click "Download Now".
10. Wait a few seconds and click "Save File".
11. Go to where your files are saved.
12. Rename the download to Malwarebytes Setup.
13. Run the Installer and follow the steps.
14. After you install it, go to the Start Up Menu and run it.
15. Once open, go to the Settings and type in the serial 4KV44 - MGFN-7QEV-0FHY-RQ4E for the full version.
16. Go to the Protection tab and click Register and copy and paste the ID and Serial Number.
17. Go to the Update tab. Click Update and it automatically updates.
18. Go to the Scanner tab and click Perform Quick Scan.
19. After it scans your computer, click Show Results. You should see some words in the file that say Windows Antivirus Pro. If it doesn't, then you're out of luck.
Once you remove all of the selected viruses, you have to restart your computer, not in Safe Mode. It will automatically do that for you. Once you log on, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware will open, but Windows Antivirus will not. Your computer will be running without viruses and it should be faster if you removed a lot of viruses.
Tip: If you can't run the installer, try deleting Antivirus Pro in the Program Files and restart your computer in Safe Mode and then run the installer.
