Hi folks. I've found a way to remove the generator without dropping the engine and or removing the intake manifold it's really easy. First remove that carb then unbolt the fan shroud. After that's done, unbolt the generator, lift the shroud and prop it up about two inches. Once that's done, just pull the generator out.Ron
