I installed the composer effects demo (from apples website) and I hated the fx. So I deleted the aplication folder thinking that the effects would disappear, but they are still there. I tried to do what you say but there's nothing on the compositions folder! help!! :(

I did the same thing as you and I cant figure out how to get rid of them either :(
