Re-attach a head with blendshapes to its body in Maya

In this Maya character lesson we will learn a rigging solution for re-attaching a character's rigged head to its body. Specifically, we will learn how to attach a characters head that has blendshapes added to it, back onto it's body. This is an important process to understand if you build character rigs in Maya since blendshapes are used for facial animations.
