I thought they said "sewn on all sides: then at the end I thought they said it was on fold and "sewn on all sides EXCEPT THE FOLD" ?? Does it fold out flat and then you cut it into strips the width you need?

It doesnt say if it is SEWn on four sides or folded and sewn on three. At the end, it doesnt show how it looks...Does it open flat and then you cut to width strips you want or how do you take it apart?
