Punch safety

Check out this instructional boxing video that provides a few tips on how to punch safely. Every now and then, people ruin their elbows by using poor striking technique. When you punch, no matter what kind, never fully extend or hyper extend your elbow because this can tear the cartilage in your elbow. This boxing tutorial offers a quick safety precaution for anyone who may not already know.
